Mr. Rahmatullah is head of Transportation Infrastructure at Voltaf. He has more than five years of professional and progressive experience as a transportation planner, project manager, operation manager, and team leader in different governmental, national, and international organizations.
\nMr. Sherzai has carried out the first feasibility study research on Kabul’s BRT presented and published in the 4th National Urban Conference of Afghanistan in 2017.<\/p>\n

Rahmatullah has worked with Kabul municipality, where he has managed Kabul’s Transportation Master Plan (KTMP) and bus stop projects. Mr. Sherzai is an expert in qualitative and quantitative research that includes data collection, analysis, interpretation, and writing professional reports.<\/p>\n

Mr. Sherzai is the founder of the Youth for Public Transport (Y4PT) research organization in Afghanistan. He is an affiliate member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the Transportation Research Board (TRB).<\/p>\n
