Mr. Ghyasi, is a high-performing, strategic- thinking professional with more than 10 years\u2019 experience in building construction, design and solid waste management in the Afghan government, private sector\u00a0 and international organizations.<\/p>\n

Mr. Ghyasi is highly skilled at relationship building with clients, partners and across organizations and teams. Mr. Ghyasi is the founder and CEO of Voltaf Engineering Consultancy Services.
