Zabihullah Ghyasi is the Program Director of Voltaf Engineering Consultancy Services and serves on its board of directors. Before being named Program Director in September 2020, Zabihullah served as Deputy Team Leader \/ Project Management Specials in VisionRI Connexion Private Limited and wasresponsible for Energy Supply Improvement Investment Program. He Provided Project management and project Implementation Consultancy services for the transmission line, substation, and distribution network projects. Additionally, he headed the DABS commercialization program part II (Generation & Transmission) project. He also served as a deputy project manager in the Installation of the 18.5 MW Kajaki hydropower plant project and played a crucial role in the timely completion of the project.<\/p>\n
